The project involves extensive rehabilitation work to modernize and improve the buildings. This work is aimed at enhancing the quality of life for residents and ensuring the long-term viability of the properties.
- New building systems will be installed, including low-carbon electrical and heating systems, and new water and gas lines.
 - Unit layouts will be legalized and brought up to code.
 - New and improved accessibility features will be added, including accessible showers and wheelchair accessibility within units.
 - Most residents have seen and signed off on their new unit layouts.
