What are some of the positive impacts that you've seen with having restorative justice in your schools?

In my school particularly, I work with students educators for equity and basically we work to have practices and recently we have been working on a lot of cultural events and we have seen that a lot of students in our school have been more culturally aware.

I have hosted a natural hair care panel for black girls a few weeks ago and it has been a huge success.

A lot of these girls in my school has been more aware on their culture and they're taking more pride in their cultural identity.
