So for fire apparatus, the life cycle for those is actually part of the UFOA contract.

So we replace the vehicles used by engine companies, pumpers, before they turn 12 years old, and we replace ladders before they turn 11 years old.

Right now, the average age of our pumpers is a little little less than six and a half years.
