One of the things that we're doing, this is a very small pilot.

So we already have been meeting with the providers to do some training to really look at the work that they're doing overall leadership to really think about how are they doing case management.

How are they documenting their meetings?

How are they meeting with clients?

What's the work that they're doing to move to make sure that we're helping clients move to permanency?

So it is it upon, you know, important that the providers are actually doing the work that they're contracting to do.

So, it's not going after a particular client is show me the work that you're actually doing.

So, we're looking in cares, we're looking in case records, we're meeting with the client, we're meeting with the provider, so we're hands on.

We have hired a team that are going to be the folks that's going to be hands on in the shelters with the providers with the clients.

So it is not just kind of looking at paper.

It's going to be really embedded in doing the work.

So it's an overall, you know, if you didn't do the work, can't submit saying this person didn't do the work.

And so my team is out there because it's accountability to they do you know, clients are going to have fair hearing rights.
