Today we will be reviewing the Department of Environmental Protection's fiscal year twenty twenty six budget to understand how it addresses the needs of all New Yorkers.

I'd like to begin by just thanking my colleagues who are here, council member Marmarado from The Bronx, Council Member Aviles, and council member Nurs was here as well.
