Now I was teaching this morning at Hunter, so I don't have the fact that you may have already been asked about this, but I wanted to know how many have still to be gone from Till to HCFC or whatever you call it now, ANCP, and what's the budget for conversion, how many units, etcetera.

the time frame and how how there's a lot of discussion about you know we need to have more affordable housing, but it's frustrating when it's sitting right in front of us.

And I'll say that you know the one thing I wanna highlight is that especially through the conversations we had, I wanna say it's two summers ago at this point, two summers ago where we met with both you and other council members and we toured buildings together.

We have made several changes and just released a new ANCP term sheet that I think is responsive to what we've heard from members of the community and from council, including the question of private debt on those buildings.

But to your question specifically, we have, as a result we have financed 25 ANCP projects with 57 former Till buildings or seven ninety five units.

And your impression, except for maybe the one that I know in 100 And Fiftieth Street, that most of them are willing to go into ANCP or you're still working on it?

I think we've done a couple things.

One, we've doubled down on our community engagement and hired a very experienced and incredibly talented deputy director who's doing community engagement in a way we didn't do before.

So that has helped already in conversations of moving things forward.

The updated term sheet is something we're socializing now and will be reflective of things that we've heard in the community.

And then the last thing is that we're in a position with state support of the affordable housing opportunity program and our own home ownership investment where inability and then now we've actually been able to staff up in a way that we weren't before.

The combination of these things allows us to hit the ground running with more people.

So we believe that we're on track to be more successful in moving.
