So finally preventing displacement of low income homeowners at risk of deed theft and scams has been another key goal of the AIM UP plan.

The key strategies here are the city's renewed commitment to the citywide homeowner help desk, a $9,850,000 investment in a one stop shop for homeowners that are facing foreclosure, tax liens, deed theft and other financial and legal challenges.

We also recently relaunched the Home Fix two point zero program that offers low or no interest home repair loans for up to four fifty households per year.

And lastly, we hold events and classes for homeowners and as part of the upcoming spring twenty twenty five series that was mentioned earlier, we'll have a class about deed theft as well as a class about navigating homeownership.
