You know, I don't know that that that's a question that I can answer.

We certainly looked at the fact that there was an office that wasn't performing and the fact that the supervisors who oversaw that office did not appreciate, understand, address that issue certainly in real time as it was allowed to persist.

Well well, has DOI noticed any improvements in communication between the residents, on-site staff, and the administration?

Again, we weren't in this investigation really looking at resident and staff communication.

I can tell you that there was not sufficient communication between OSS and its supervisors or sufficient oversight here because of the length of time that we saw when OSS was not fulfilling its responsibilities.
