Well, how often do you check the functionality of the security equipment at these NYCHA developments, particularly with the CCTV cameras?
1:04:29
Can you give us the the the how often you check?
Lauren Gray
1:04:34
Certainly.
1:04:34
That's a great question.
1:04:35
Thank you.
1:04:36
So it's a mix of property management and the office of safety and security that do checks on the cameras.
1:04:43
So when people, the caretakers start cleaning the buildings from rooftop to grounds, if they see any vandalism toward the cameras, they report it to the office of safety and security.
1:04:52
Property management is supposed to check the cameras and the systems every single day, like a quick spot check to make sure that they're working.
1:04:59
And, of course, the Office of Safety and Security does random spot checks of cameras.
1:05:02
We're looking at footage and and CCTVs all day long and making repairs to those CCTVs.

The contract that you had with Ally, was it a prerequisite for the security guards?
1:05:19
Did they have access to those to the cameras?
Lauren Gray
1:05:21
No.
1:05:22
They did not.
