So with our new vendors and we also have a solicitation out right now for a new guarding contract, for security guards and for fire guards, we're gonna have mandatory meetings with these companies to meet with the residents on a quarterly basis to discuss any issues that they might be having, anything we could do to improve the level of service from the fire guards and the security guards.
