First, they have to make sure that every step of the process as the law requires that we are included from contracting, who is being contracted with, and the expectations of those contracts and what is happening.

They should also provide summaries of what's going on to us at least on a quarterly basis of what has been responded.

And lastly, they need to start using their resources such as the 20,000 cameras to enforce housing policy and to put stronger priorities on the compliance of residents' rights.
