Hi.
4:20:14
I'll turn in my written testimony, chair nurse.
4:20:17
Thank you, Jeremy.
4:20:19
Council member Kaban, I just wanna remind you, that over seventy percent of women that filter through Rosie's are not charged.
4:20:31
And so we do not qualify for a lot of the supported housing programs because we just walk free from incarceration without taking a deal or a plea and we're just kind of lost in the system.
4:20:43
As you look at the number of people on ROSIS today, of the 440 people, only about maybe a 60 of them should be on ROSIS.
4:20:52
It's time to prioritize closing ROSIS in and and not to co join closing Rosie's with closing Rikers altogether.
4:21:01
Again, Kelly Grace Price from Close Rosie's.
4:21:03
I'll turn in my written statements since the end of the day, and I'm tired of the sound of my own voice.
4:21:09
Thank you so much.
