I'm Jules.
3:00:26
I'm a traveler.
3:00:27
I've walked and biked in so many cities and here I am in New York and I'm loving it.
3:00:32
It's honestly so There's so much walking infrastructure.
3:00:38
It's pretty great but it's also randomly life threatening to get to the park which doesn't really make sense.
3:00:44
Walking shouldn't be something that could potentially end my life or injure me.
3:00:54
People have been saying that the streets are not one size fits all which is why we need something that would allow us, make it easier to create dynamic solutions for these streets.
3:01:09
Make it easier to get different types of daylighting, hard and planters and seats to sit in and work with the local organizations that could teach us about what those community needs such as community boards and bids know a lot about those intersections and what would benefit them and dynamic solutions.
3:01:43
I'm sure some bids could work with their businesses to get planters out there and that's one less thing that the DOT has to figure out alone.
3:01:57
Yeah.
3:01:57
There are simpler ways to do it.
3:02:00
Know, put a signpost up that seems like physically in the way rather than a boulder.
3:02:08
And also looking to Hoboken not only as legal precedent but how did they get it out?
3:02:16
Where did they start?
3:02:17
Did they they didn't get hardened daylighting in every intersection on the first day?
3:02:23
Did they start by painting, bloop bloop bloop, whatever they Thank you.
