- Common issues include inadequate site plans, delayed response times from restaurants, and difficulty securing payment for public hearings
- Public hearing fees are approximately $800

Thank you for that.
1:57:43
And how are you prioritizing the pending applications?
Margaret Forgione
1:57:50
So what we did first was we looked at the roadway applications in order to get them moving because we knew that any sidewalk applicant that had applied by the August 3 deadline was going to be able to operate.
1:58:04
So we took care of the roadway ones first and started them on the process and then we had moved on to the sidewalk applications next.

Margaret Forgione
1:58:27
Okay so several things.
1:58:30
Again, as you mentioned, the response times from restaurants at the beginning.
1:58:35
Then we often wait for payment for the public hearing.
1:58:38
We're having a hard time getting that payment secured in some cases from restaurants.

Michelle Craven

And then the last thing is like the remaining paperwork at the end to finalize the process.
