Amendment to rezoning application from R7X to R7A

The applicant requests an amendment to their rezoning application, changing it from an R7X C2-4 to an R7A C2-4 zoning district. This change will result in a smaller building than originally proposed under the R7X zoning.
- The R7A zoning will allow for a reduced building size
- A deed restriction is proposed to further limit the development size
- The applicant agrees to restrict the building height to no more than eight stories

We are asking that the application be amended, as you can see in the second paragraph there, to the now proposed r seven a c two four zoning district.

That R 2 a c two four zoning district will allow for a smaller building than the R 7 X proposal was originally proposing.

And more importantly, we have agreed to a deed restriction to be put in place to further restrict the size of that development.

So not just as it as it proposed or requested to drop from an r seven x to an r seven a, but we are proposing to put a deed restriction stating that we agreed to no more than eight stories in height.
