The proposed building design considers the surrounding context, with varying street wall heights to fit within the neighborhood. The 13-story structure is designed to complement nearby buildings while revitalizing the area.
- 13-story building, approximately half the height of the adjacent Ebbets Field Houses (25 stories, 224 feet)
- Varying street wall heights: taller along Empire Boulevard, shorter along McKeever Place and Sullivan Place
- Designed in collaboration with the Department of City Planning's urban design team
- Fits within the context of other tall buildings in the area, including 54 Crown Street (174 feet) and Tivoli Towers (341 feet)
- Strategic placement of uses and entrances to minimize conflicts and enhance the streetscape
