We have had conversations with several developers who are more focused on nonprofit and affordable housing.

We haven't reached any final agreements with any of them because it felt premature given where we were with the approval process, but I do think it's something we'll consider as we move forward, you know, especially with these discussions with HPD to see where we end up, so I wouldn't rule it out but we haven't haven't finalized anything.
