I will now open the public hearing on preconsider LUs relating to the 73 Dash 99 Empire Boulevard rezoning proposal in council member Hudson's district.

This is a proposal to develop a residential mixed use building with approximately 261 apartments in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.

The proposal also involves the mapping of a mandatory inclusionary housing requiring 20% to 30% of the apartments to be permanent affordable housing.
