The starting when we built this version of Housing Connect in 2020, there's been a regular quarterly reminder that goes to applicants notifying them, reminding them to keep their profile up to date.

In the interim, if there are changes to housing connect that first this doesn't happen often, but for some reason requires a person to update their profile.

Let's say we've made technical change.

We want them to confirm something, then we'll email everybody and put a notice up on Housing Connect.
