I I understand, as I mentioned earlier, that HPD is hosting roundtables with housing providers and marketing agents to improve the system.

But how about similar roundtables with applicants, members of the public to understand the user experience.
0:46:17
Have you been doing that?
0:46:18
And if not, can you commit to engaging regularly with applicants to update the system?
0:46:22
Yes.
0:47:10
Thank you.
0:47:11
I appreciate that.

This is something we started talking about earlier this year.
0:46:26
We just finished the latest round with the marketing agents and next is, impacted individuals.
0:46:31
So we see this successful actually in our section eight work where we have residents advising that work and we're going to implement a similar model in our housing connect work.
0:46:42
And we'll obviously keep you up to date on how many we've done and and who we've talked to.
0:46:46
I will say that again we get hundreds if not thousands of individual inquiries.
0:46:52
I get them directly personally and I find Yeah.
0:46:57
Just just now and I and I and I we do take those seriously and many and much of that actually goes into the scope of works we build either the bimonthly updates or this larger overhaul we're doing now.
