I've helped hundreds of people in The Bronx apply for Housing Connect through for housing through Housing Connect.

The system is not working the way it should for our clients.

Many clients don't have computers, don't use emails, and can't reset passwords.

They change phone numbers or emails, then they get locked out.

When I try to help, the system thinks it's a duplicate account and blocks them.

There's no real person to talk to.

I met seniors who worked their whole lives, paid taxes, raised families, and now they're sleeping in shared rooms because rent is too high.

Their Social Security isn't enough to live in New York City.

This is the only home they know.

For many, Housing Connect is their only hope for decent housing.
