My name is Richard Best, and I graduated from the stationary apprenticeship program back in, June 2023.

The apprenticeship program has taught me all the necessary skills and hands on experience to excel in this trade.

With practical experience provided by Local thirty, I'm now able to handle various type of machinery safely and properly.

During my time in the apprenticeship program, I was able to earn two years of steam time from the program, pushed me ahead to qualify for my high pressure boiler license.

If this was not done, I wouldn't be able to sit for my test, therefore extending my period an extra two years and six months rather than six months.

The apprenticeship program gave me the opportunity to get my high pressure boiler license at an accelerated pace, and I'm grateful for the apprenticeship program as it helps me to achieve my goal of becoming a high pressure stationary engineer.
