Joseph Dumanov, an electronic communications engineer with a background in medical mycology and clinical molecular biology, testified about the potential health impacts of 5G and electromagnetic radiation. He argued that many concerns about these technologies are based on misinterpreted or out-of-context information, and that the situation is not as serious as some claim.

  • Dumanov emphasized his extensive experience in reviewing scientific literature and conducting clinical environmental studies on EMF, EMR, and RF.
  • He stated that he has observed cases of cancer and malformed births related to these technologies, but believes the risks are often exaggerated.
  • The testimony was cut short due to time constraints, with Dumanov unable to fully elaborate on his points.

Okay.
3:01:42
Let me just give you a little bit of my background.
3:01:44
I'm a I'm IBEW, electronics communications engineer.
3:01:48
Got my really on my career.
3:02:03
I had a long extensive career in technology.
3:02:06
And twenty five years ago, I you know, because of the cancer in my family, I got into the field of medical mycology.
3:02:14
I got my you know, did eight years of medical schooling nationally, internationally.
3:02:19
And with the advent of
Jennifer Gutiérrez
3:02:21
Joseph, I'm sorry.
3:02:23
Can you just speak a a little bit louder?
Joseph Dumanov
3:02:25
Yes.
3:02:26
Thank you.
3:02:26
I'm sorry.
Jennifer Gutiérrez
3:02:27
No.
3:02:27
It's okay.
Joseph Dumanov
3:02:28
With the with with with the advent anyway, with the I got into the field of clinical molecular biology, which is about causation.
3:02:37
Everything is about causation, and here's a big challenge that everybody has.
3:02:41
You're reading things on the Internet that are out of context.
3:02:45
They're they're they're being misinterpreted.
3:02:48
Okay?
3:02:49
And the the the research is not fully integrated for their their claims.
3:02:56
I'm gonna share one other thing with you.
3:02:58
I'm a peer review associate editor with El Severe.
3:03:00
I've I've reviewed about over 200 manuscripts prepublication in oncology, toxicology, immunology.
3:03:07
Everything works on a molecular level.
3:03:10
And what you're seeing is the the studies that you're reading and the reports of these building bio people that just showed up overnight, they actually imitated my work about fifteen years ago.
3:03:20
So you know, the I I look at these papers, and I say to myself, they're not showing any any real mechanisms of causation.
3:03:29
I know what the mechanisms of causations are.
3:03:32
So about 15 about eighteen years ago, started doing clinical environmental studies for EMF, EMR, RF.
3:03:39
And what does that mean?
3:03:40
My studies are based upon the clinical indicators that my clients and patients are discussing.
3:03:49
They're talking to me.
3:03:50
They're feeling this.
3:03:51
They're feeling that.
3:03:52
And yes, I have seen many, many cancers.
3:03:55
I've had I've seen malformed births.
3:03:59
I understand exactly how this works.
3:04:01
I have a paper that's almost done.
3:04:03
It's going to be quite revolutionary.
3:04:05
But going back, the point I want to make is there's a lot of unnecessary fear.
3:04:11
Yes.
3:04:11
You know,
Jennifer Gutiérrez
3:04:13
I I Joseph, I'm sorry.
3:04:14
Can you wrap up?
3:04:15
Your time is up.
3:04:16
Can you wrap up?
3:04:17
Your time is up.
Joseph Dumanov
3:04:18
The the point is
Neelesh Shah
3:04:19
the thing
Joseph Dumanov
3:04:19
is it's not as serious as it looks.
3:04:22
It's on a case by case basis.
3:04:24
Okay?
3:04:26
It's just that I don't want I I I hate to see all this alarmist, and, you know, and people need to, you know, really understand that there's much more to it.
3:04:36
Whenever you read anything, look at who are those people, what are their
Jennifer Gutiérrez
3:04:40
Thank you.
3:04:41
Thank you.
3:04:41
Can you please submit your testimony via email if you haven't done so already?
3:04:45
That way we can read it.
Joseph Dumanov
3:04:47
Well, I'd be glad to, you know, you know, contribute to your efforts.
3:04:50
It's it's very
Jennifer Gutiérrez
3:04:51
Thank you.
3:04:52
Thank you, Joseph.
3:04:52
I'm sorry.
Joseph Dumanov
3:04:53
I wouldn't even I wouldn't even appear.
Jennifer Gutiérrez
3:04:55
Yeah.
3:04:55
You so much.
