Before we discuss this proposal further, I will repeat what I said when we heard a proposal earlier this year to develop a casino in Willis Pointe, Queens.

In 02/2002, the state decided to issue up to three gaming facility license in the downstate area which includes the city and the state is leading the process to decide which proposals are awarded a license.
