I will now open the public hearing on preconsidered LUs relating to the Grace app excuse me, Grace Housing Rezoning proposal in council member nurse district.

This is a proposal to develop a new building with approximately a 53 apartments in East New York, Brooklyn.

The proposal consists of two actions.

The first, a rezoning action to rezone the project area from r five b to an r 6 a rezoning district, and second, a zoning text amendment to map a mandatory inclusionary housing area.

The applicant intends to develop the building under HPD's extremely low and low income affordability program also known as Ella with a % affordability but at minimum the MIH requirements would mandate at least 38 to 54 units to be permanently affordable.
