- Remote testimony requires registration on the council's website at council.nyc.gov/landuse.
- In-person attendees should submit a speaker's card to a sergeant at arms.
- Written testimony can be submitted via email to landuse.testimony@council.nyc.gov.
- Council Member Riley concludes by giving the floor to Council Member Bottcher for opening remarks.
