Good afternoon.
2:52:00
I'm Carmen Matias.
2:52:01
I have lived for fifty years between Hell's Kitchen and I now live at Penn South, Chelsea.
2:52:09
I am an avid supporter of the High Line.
2:52:15
I go there all the time.
2:52:15
I'm a woman of a certain age.
2:52:17
So you you you are talking to a senior when you talk to me.
2:52:23
I am against the reevaluating of the two zero nine
2:52:36
Proposal.
2:52:37
And I am in favor of taking all taking it all back to the drawing board and restarting.
2:52:46
We do not need to dwarf the High Line with no sunshine.
2:52:51
We do not need more unaffordable housing, but we do need people and we do need jobs.
2:53:00
I don't necessarily think that it'll be the jobs that a casino will give us.
2:53:07
But I do think that we need more more work in this neighborhood.
2:53:12
We need more housing.
2:53:14
We need more sunlight.
2:53:16
And we need to support our jewel, the High Line.
2:53:20
Thank you very much.

2:52:34
