Yes.

So just very quickly because all the points have been gone over here very eloquently and in a lot of detail.

My name is David Sloss.
3:05:09
I'm speaking on behalf of the 300 West Eighteenth And Nineteenth Street Block Association.

We and our members have a lot of concerns regarding the proposal.
3:05:21
Ultimately, we are not against development in the area, obviously.
3:05:26
And I just want to point out that proposition by related that it's it's this version of the development or we continue to live in the hellscapes that they've fairly carefully chosen pictures of the current state of the neighborhood and is disingenuous.
3:05:46
There's obviously another way to do this, which will be more beneficial to the members of the community here.
3:05:56
So we urge the council to demand clear commitments on housing affordability and public subsidies before moving forward and to vote no on this rezoning application.
3:06:07

3:06:07
