As long as it's affordable with, at most, 30% of our income for rent due to the fact majority of the hardworking and dedicated people within the city have the lowest paying jobs and with prices constantly riing to rising to pay for a living.
3:13:04
This project should promote emotional intelligence with human interaction for tourists and residents of the city.
3:13:11
This project should also better the mental health crisis within the city by allowing low income workers to have a better living.
