Glad to be here.
2:33:15
Thank you.
2:33:16
I'm retired minister.
2:33:18
I live in Chelsea.
2:33:22
I just wanna leave you with two thoughts.
2:33:24
One, you've heard a lot of of speaking about urgency, a once in a lifetime opportunity.
2:33:31
The only thing I've heard that's urgent is the deadline for the casino application.
2:33:37
Other than that, the better thing to do would be to go back to the drawing board with the community groups and mimic the process that produced the 1989 ULURP that was agreed on.
2:33:51
It needs to be changed, but it needs to be done with community input at a steady but but careful pace.

Secondly, don't throw the baby out with the bathwater.
2:34:05
The High Line is one of the greatest things New York City has done in the last twenty five years.
2:34:12
Don't endanger its beauty and magnanimity.
2:34:17
Thank you.
