I'm a small provider, I have access to none of that.

How can you make sure the services are reaching myself and the communities that I serve?

If you were in contact with a constituent that has a small business in your district, there's certainly the lines of communication are open council member from you to the administration to the mayor's office of nonprofit services and certainly to the mayor's office of contract services.
