Just very quickly.
2:48:30
So on the indirect costs, I think you're trying to address it.
2:48:34
I got that.
2:48:35
But what happens apparently is OMB says the agencies can pay the backlog ICR.
2:48:42
And then the agencies say they can't pay backlog, the ICR, because it's been held up by OMB.
2:48:48
Who who would figure that out?
2:48:50
Who would undo that mess?
2:49:09
I've got six more questions about it.
2:50:02
It's an OMB problem not yours.
2:50:07
Have you tried to call OMB?
2:50:47
these.
2:50:48
Supposed to.
2:50:49
Thank you.
Kim Yu
2:48:54
Thank you, council member, for the follow-up question.
2:48:57
I I Michael and I agree that we've gotta sort of untangle this a little bit, and there's there's lots of conversations around ICR, and do you go to your agency?
2:49:11
go to do you go to do you go to Mons?
2:49:13
Do you go to Mock's?
2:49:14
Do go to OMV?
2:49:16
I think we're happy to receive any sort of incoming and entangle because I think individual provider may be in a different situation.
2:49:30
But big picture, when they implemented the initiative, OMB was on the front lines of pushing out what they projected the ICR, I'm sorry, I'm confusing the initiatives.
2:49:45
The ICR, we have resources available.
2:49:49
There's a website that we can provide to you where any provider who has a question about their ICR is able to get in contact with the city to untangle the ICR.
2:50:01
And there is a
Sophine Charles
2:49:11
Yeah.
Diane Mamet
2:49:11
Do you
Michael Sedillo
2:50:07
I'll just jump in.
2:50:10
Yeah well I would say that is why it was so important for us for the ICR directive that it came from MOX and OMB.
2:50:18
So it was not like MOX and MOX Armand saying this is something you ought to do or pretty pleased.
2:50:22
It was a directive from both OMB and MOX to honor and make sure if there's an accepted rate to pay that, not the de minimis.
2:50:31
I also wanna point out that OMB does have a chief nonprofit officer as does MOX and law, our oversight partners, And that's key for our agency partners who you know have to go through their task force.
2:50:43
They should know that OMB has somebody there who's supposed to be there to help them solve problems like
