Yesterday's report from the Controller's Office said that there was a billion dollars outstanding in payments for invoices.

And in November 2024, the Human Services Council, which represents a number of nonprofit human service providers, released a result of a survey of its 170 member organizations.

The survey found that 90% of respondents were owed money outstanding from payments from the city.
