Okay.
1:22:56
And last question before I I pass it over to our colleagues since we're going over.
1:23:02
For Moks, do you Moks, are you tracking the outstanding debt to contractors?
1:23:08
If so, can Moks provide an annual total of understand outstanding debt to contractors with subtotals for nonprofit vendors and human service providers for the last ten years?
1:24:12
I just wanna clarify.
1:24:14
My question is about what is a total outstanding of debt to contractors?
1:24:19
What is the total amount that the city owes?
1:24:42
Okay.
1:24:43
So what is the total amount?
1:24:50
Okay can you make sure that within this hearing your team gets that number for us because we sent these questions in advance.
1:24:55
So we want to know the total outstanding to debt contractor and the subtotal for nonprofit vendors and human service providers from the last ten years.
1:25:09
the Okay.
1:25:09
Would like to have it within this hearing before the testimonies are over.
1:25:13
So I'm gonna pass it over to Chair Stevens to ask the next set of questions.
Michael Sedillo
1:23:19
You said mocks, excuse me?
1:23:21
Yeah.
1:23:21
I'll start real fast and just say for MONDS we do track as I mentioned to speaker Adams earlier and contracts that invoice cycle time and those invoice that have disproportionately aged.
1:23:36
We also provide on a monthly basis specific backlogs to agencies from a contract registration standpoint and an invoice and budget modification standpoint.
1:23:45
So it is something that we offer to agencies on a regular basis.
Kim Yu
1:23:50
So I'll just jump in and add.
1:23:52
And we've been talking about this in different variations throughout this hearing.
1:23:56
But as Michael mentioned, I wanna just really drill down and hone in that through the backlog initiative, we unlocked over a billion dollars in advances.
1:24:06
In October of last year, MOX launched the backlog the payment backlog initiative.
1:24:21
Yes and I think you know just to sort of provide some more background and context.
1:24:28
What we do in terms of the data and capturing the data, the only way that we could even do a backlog initiative is if we had the data in the reporting.
1:24:39
And so with the data and the reporting, it enabled us to do this backlog.
1:24:44
Total amount I would have to get back to you.
1:25:04
Okay.
1:25:04
So I will just sort of we can definitely we can certainly work on that if we're not able to provide it at
