My name is Kim Yu, and I serve as the director of the mayor's office of contract services, MOCs, and the city's chief procurement officer.

I appreciate the opportunity to discuss the legislation presented today and speak with you about an issue that is not only critical to the strength of our nonprofit sector, but also to the health and equity of our city.
