Some of the preliminary recommendations we have come up with are focused on identifying reasons for properties remaining stuck in the nineteen ninety eight dash two trust, coming up with action plans to resolve these festering properties, increasing transparency and reporting on these properties, providing extra attention from agencies to them, particularly in the case of occupied buildings with housing violations, and exploring opportunities to leverage the auction process for opportunities to get properties into ownership of affordable housing pro organizations.
