Today, we are voting on items referred by our zoning subcommittee.

Today, we will vote to approve the modifications l U S 2 6 7 And 2 6 8 for the 2510 Coney Island Avenue rezoning related to property and council member Vernikov's district in Brooklyn.

The proposal includes a zoning map amendment and a related zoning text amendment to facilitate a new development with approximately 27 apartments of which approximately nine are projected to be affordable.

As chair Riley explained in our zoning subcommittee, we will modify both approvals.
