At this point in time, there's a cap in place for non veterans, which is I guess why we're having the conversation today about instruction four thirty one.

Albeit, I think we have concerns about lifting the cap entirely, but I think that's a conversation we're open to engaging in that involves all the stakeholders here today, both the street vendors, brick and mortar businesses, my partner agencies here.
