Thank you.
1:15:47
Thank you so much chair.
1:15:50
And I appreciate that response.
1:15:51
So if we were to increase the number of licenses available over time, would it be important from your perspective to have a proportional increase in the number of sanitation enforcement personnel?
1:16:04
And if so, how would you go about thinking about that calculation?
1:16:07
How many more personnel would you need to be fully staffed today and in the future from an enforcement perspective?
1:16:23
And how do 35 sanitation police respond to 22,000 complaints?
Joshua Goodman

So much of it is dependent on specific numbers, but I can certainly say that the 35 sanitation police officers are at their capacity for enforcement today.
1:16:29
Well, often the complaints end up aggregated.
1:16:34
Okay, we're getting a lot in this area.
1:16:36
We're going go.
1:16:36
We're getting a lot in this area.

Worked very hard to provide equitable levels of service, but there is certainly no capacity to do more enforcement with our current staffing level.
