6:24:16
Yeah.
6:24:17
Hello, chairs Menin and chairs Sanchez.
6:24:18
My name is Christopher Leon Johnson.
6:24:20
I'm speaking on behalf of myself.
6:24:22
Wearing this hat to show my support to the street vendor project and the workers' project.
6:24:26
I want all their bills to go through.
6:24:28
Thank you for finally having us here, Manin.
6:24:31
I don't know.
6:24:31
I know that you don't understand how appreciated you are for having this hearing.
6:24:37
I appreciate you for having this hearing.
6:24:38
They'll we're waiting this for almost, like, well, three years now for this hearing.
6:24:41
So thank you for that.
6:24:42
Alright.
6:24:42
So the reason I'm supporting these these two bills is because we need to lift all the caps.
6:24:46
We need to eradicate all caps for these street for these vendors, and they need to be able to sell this stuff anywhere they want without harassment of the NYPD.
6:24:56
Not only these, licensed these guys and gals are here, they deserve to to make money here without no worrying about being harassed by the NYPD and even to these days under under Trump administration ICE or DHS.
6:25:10
At the same time, this city council, needs to, condemn Francisco Moya, our council member, because he is against these guys and gals because there's a stadium called the New York City FC Stadium that that team suck anyway.
6:25:27
He don't want these guys around Corona is because he don't want the tourists and the people that's going to try to watch those games see those people selling their stuff there.
6:25:38
Now there's a lot of economic racism that's going on with with this with this council member, with Francisco Moya.
6:25:44
I think he's an economic racist because if you're you're if you if you say you care about immigrants, why why you why you against these these vendors selling stuff on the street?
6:25:55
Everybody know he's weaponized by Mazi Lugo, Ramses Frias, and and his and his hidden homeboy, Hiram Masurat.
6:26:02
So this city council, like I said, not only these bills need to pass in the city council, all these bills, they need a they need me a public, commendation of council member Francisco Moya for his economic racism towards these street vendors, these guys and gals.
6:26:18
So at the end of day, know I'm wrap I'm gonna it up.
6:26:20
I'm gonna wrap it up.
6:26:23
Cop city is happening in 2026.
6:26:25
I am calling on you, the next speaker of the city council, to block all funding, block all funding to block the $2,025,000,000 dollars.
6:26:32
I know.
6:26:34
dollars.
6:26:34
Thank you.
6:26:34
No Cop city.
Julie Menin
6:26:33
