I think you're being clear.
1:49:58
I'm gonna give a slightly different answer, which is that you need to get started.
1:50:04
And the good news is right here in this room, we have some of the engineers who are working on pulling out those priorities from the 86 that were identified and really understanding where they can make significant impacts, and that's reducing street flooding In the short run, we have medium term and then long term.
1:50:28
That was part of that thirty year strategy.
1:50:32
Many projects are already starting design, and they are already advancing to the Department of Design and Construction.
1:50:42
Already DEP is amending drainage plans to be able to share with the Department of Design and Construction.
1:50:48
So again, I just wanted to get back to it's a long time frame to get it all done, but you need to get started.
1:50:55
And I just wanted to suggest to you that we have hit the ground running.
1:51:01
I truly credit this committee for its leadership on Intro eleven fifty, which is going to have us report out on the master planning every two years.
1:51:14
I think the first planning report is going to be due in 2027.
1:51:19
So we really look forward to being transparent and to obviously the hard work that's ahead.
1:51:29
But again, you have to get started, and I believe that this team has really made every effort to do so.
1:51:34
Yeah.
1:51:34
You'll see a lot of spending coming up on that.
