And what are steps that we take to make sure that people know about the web page but also the resources that it provides?

So councilmember, we, Chevaliers, we always have had resources available on accessibility.

January 2025, we did a refresh of the resources that we had, and we updated them with support from MOPD and CCHR.

It's part of our general outreach on our My City Business site that we're really proud of.

That means we've translated it in 20 languages.

When we do corridor walks and we have our collateral, we do include information on our MyCity business site.

And certainly when interactions with businesses lend to a question about accessibility, that is a resource that we're not then able to connect them to as well.
