Thank you, chair, and thank you commissioner and the team for our partnership throughout the years.
1:45:20
I just wanna follow-up with the question I had last time about Intro 97 that became Local Law 67.
1:45:28
It's about the, you know, the violators, super fines for people for student line violations.
1:45:35
I believe last time you said that is being issued, that this has been in effect.
1:45:40
However, I have is there still any updates on numbers in my district because I feel and I don't think I'm the only district feeling this way that a lot of, frankly, lot of businesses, I don't really see much improvement in what's going on.
1:45:55
So I really would appreciate an update on those numbers.
1:46:21
Okay.
1:46:22
Thank you.
1:46:22
And my second question is about vendor enforcement, which I think you all know it's my top priority in my district.
1:46:29
I know there's only 40 to 45 sanitation enforcement officers for citywide.
1:46:35
Is there any plans to increase this in FY twenty six?
1:46:57
Well, I I would speak for myself.
1:46:58
I I think that's rather unfortunate because I think you know myself including many others have you know expressed a dissatisfaction I guess with the vendor enforcement.
1:47:08
But yes I would like to talk to you more about vendor enforcement in my district.
1:47:11
Thank you.
Javier Lojan
1:45:58
Yeah.
1:45:59
It has been fully implemented.
1:46:01
One of the things that with that law is that we have to wait for them to be adjudicated in order for the escalator to come into play, so I think, it would take some time to actually have what those numbers are.
1:46:13
But it has been fully implemented, and it's one of the things that we are looking at as far as the results it yields in all the community districts.
1:46:40
No.
1:46:41
Right now, that's the amount I think we've reached the saturation point as far as positions.
1:46:50
I think we'd be happy to work with you on on seeing what that number would be, but I think right now there is no plans to increase that headcount.
