The challenge for us is now in terms of case management is that the cases are getting more complex and the need getting So the service hours are being used in a greater amount per client than what was the typical amount of time.

And so that we find ourselves, even though the ratio for client to worker is a fair ratio, it's the number of hours available, the total number of hours available.

And that's a good point and thank you because we're going to have to reevaluate that because the needs and the cases are getting so much more complex.
