So, the issue of, transportation.
3:40:24
I know that's more under DOT or MTA, but are you working with them to come other ideas for expanding transportation services?
3:40:33
Is that something that you focus on?
3:40:35
I know that it's tangential perhaps, but
3:41:16
Okay.
3:41:16
I appreciate that because we get so many complaints.
3:41:18
Yeah.
Lorraine Cortés-Vázquez

No, it's not tangential because one of the things that we're so impacted by the lack of quality service from Accessoride that we have asked for legislation to create an ombudsman role where we would have a direct link to their operation at least to inform them in a timely fashion of what some of the concerns are and at least to find out if they're particular communities.
3:41:07
So we'll see where that legislation goes.
3:41:09
But we know that that is a key issue for us because so many New York, older New Yorkers depend on accessoride.
