And have you ever thought, this is my last question, thank you chair, have you ever explored or thought of piloting a community based deterrence program?
1:29:08
So it's very difficult if people have cameras.
1:29:12
I know recently you guys sort of tweaked the law where it's like you got to catch them in the act, you're not really allowed to use cameras that are not DSM wide cameras, it's very particular and so has there been any efforts to have the community help you address this issue because clearly you don't have enough enforcement workers, you don't have enough funds to place cameras and you struggle to pick up the actual trash in relatively timely fashion.
1:29:40
So have you thought of other alternatives to help with this issue?
1:30:06
Okay.
1:30:07
I would just encourage you to think about how to use like civilian cameras for some of these things.
1:30:13
I know again we have tried to do that but it's always the issue with Department of San itation being able to use private footage to catch cars

Who are dumping.

Right, so one of the things with illegal dumping is that a citizen or somebody that observes illegal dumping that's done through a vehicle, there is a program that they can call us and contact us, and we can write a summons based on their observations.
1:30:01
They'd have to sign an affidavit, but that is something that is currently in place right now.
1:30:21
Right.
1:30:23
Right.
