They combat poverty and financial insecurity while also connecting older adults to in home services which address their needs when struggling with the daily activities of living.

The alternative is institutional care, which we all know is rather costly.

There are also allocations of 37,700,000.0 to support home care to the homebound elderly adult who are not Medicaid eligible, which allows older adults to age in place, the communities in which they help build, and 17,000,000 for NOC programs which provide similar services at OACs other than but other than meals for recreation and combating social isolation, but also includes some nursing services.

Finally, 9,200,000.0 for caregiver services supporting the 1,300,000 caregivers and their care receivers in their city in this city.

And 6,100,000.0 for transportation services allowing older adults to be connected to community centers, houses of worship, shopping, and medical appointments.
