You get a summons for driving and hitting somebody you know if for whatever reason, but then you get a misdemeanor for riding a bike the wrong way, it does not seem fair and at least you know at minimum we should be alerting bicyclists and working with groups that work with with e bike drivers so that they understand what the new policy is and the serious implications of being charged with a misdemeanor this day and age.
