I do feel like that's inconsistent with what the agency has said in the past because I know in conversations we've wanted to make sure whether it's speed cameras, red light camera, that it's not like I gotcha situation.
1:02:29
The goal is to change behavior ultimately.
1:02:31
So now the agency is saying that you don't want the public to know where they are.
1:02:36
impression of being I gotcha.
1:03:32
Well I think you know one would argue like yes it could be an effective means because no one wants to necessarily get fined, but the goal is supposed to be changing the behavior, but I want to make sure that agency is not outweighing change in the behavior for revenue.

That's what I was trying to go but I'm gonna pivot now just for a few more questions and then I'm gonna yield to my colleagues.

No.
1:02:35
We have never
1:02:38
We've been very consistent with the message.
1:02:40
If you want to drive a 45, 50 five, 60 five, you take the highway.
1:02:46
If you're on the street in New York City, it is 25 miles per hour.
1:02:50
And even with the Sami law, now we can install 20 miles per hour.
1:02:54
And if we want to go citywide, the council has to pass a law to reduce the speed limit.
1:02:59
But the message to any place about we want what we promote and educate people is about drive at the speed that is around New York City which is 25 miles per hour.

And I just want to add that as Paul said earlier, the goal with all of these programs is not to have revenue and not to find people are committing the infractions.
1:03:20
And we've also seen with red light camera, the instances of running the red lights go down about 73% after the camera is installed.
1:03:28
So it's showing that it's also an effective means.
