Thank you.

When it comes to bus lanes, DOT has consistently failed to meet these requirements and has fallen behind the aggregate five year target.

How is DOT prioritizing bus lane improvement and what plans are in place to meet the required mandates?

Yeah.

One other thing that the plan established is that when we finalize our number and report to the council, which by law, we had to report in February, that's when we are able to measure all the accomplishment that we have and provide the report of what we have accomplished in the year before.
0:51:23
So when we when the council established in the street master plan the numbers of bus lane, it didn't talk only about the numbers of protected bus lane.
0:51:33
It also allowed the the agency to count on the camera enforcement.
0:51:41
So if we add the camera enforcement to the numbers of protected bike lane that we have built, Definitely the numbers go beyond more than 30 miles.
0:51:53
But when we had this conversation, our question is only around the protected bus lane.
0:51:59
And we never talk about the positive impact and how we measure the enforcement with our camera.
0:52:06
The MTA were able to get Albany now to be able to enforce double parking.
0:52:14
And those miles also should be counted by law.
0:52:18
But usually we only talk about the seven miles on your protected bus lane, the three miles.
0:52:23
And we never talk about this other miles on how the camera installed in our buses are also should be also added.
